DMC USA Editorial & Content Quality Policy
This policy explains how commercial and educational website content should be created, reviewed and maintained.
Purpose
DMC USA publishes content to explain services, help businesses evaluate marketing and website decisions, and make the company’s scope clear. Content should be useful before it is optimized for search.
Source standards
Technical claims should be based on platform documentation, first-party data, observable website conditions or clearly identified third-party research. Marketing claims should not invent client results, location locations, awards or certifications.
Keyword usage
Commercial keywords may guide page structure, titles and topic coverage. Close synonyms are consolidated when they represent the same intent. Keywords that imply unrelated services, courses, jobs, software products or unsupported locations are excluded.
Updates
Pages should be reviewed when services, platforms, pricing, search behavior or technical standards materially change. Dated claims should be updated or removed when they are no longer supported.
